Villa Gravić is a family-owned property where you will feel welcome! The villa is located in Diklo, only 350 m away from a beautiful beach that offers everything you need for a dream vacation. Diklo is a peaceful part of the city that will allow you to have a relaxing holiday, enjoy the intense blue of sea and sky, unwind and soak up the sun, as well as experience unforgettable sunsets. We are located 4 km away from the city centre, and you can get there by car, on foot, or by bus, with the bus stop located within 300 meters from Villa Gravić.
The old town of Zadar, known as the Peninsula, is a popular tourist destination. In the centre, you can find everything you need, including restaurants, cafes, nightclubs, pastry shops, and souvenir shops. The city is full of remarkable museums, historical buildings, Roman remains, and artistic heritage. Zadar boasts a new promenade on the city walls that offers a mesmerizing view and is protected by UNESCO. For a panoramic view of the entire city, we recommend climbing the bell tower of St. Anastasia, one of the four protectors of Zadar. A stroll along the Zadar waterfront is a must-do, with stops at the Sea Organ and the Greeting to the Sun. These are our natural attractions that, with the help of wind or sun, create stunning sights.
In addition to the beach, you can also enjoy our pool located in front of the house. There are loungers and umbrellas available around the pool all day. If you want an active vacation by the pool, we also offer a mini fitness area within the Villa.
In Diklo, you can also find restaurants and cafes positioned right by the beach, just a pleasant 5 to 15-minute walk from the villa. For those with an adventurous spirit, there are jet ski, pedal boat, and bicycle rentals available, as well as the opportunity for unforgettable parasailing experiences. Additionally, there are sports facilities including tennis, basketball, and football courts, as well as a park for the youngest visitors to enjoy.
Experience a fully-equipped stay in our apartments. Our kitchen features all the necessary utensils and equipment for preparing meals, and an outdoor grill is also at your disposal. Along with the essentials, you will also find a microwave, kettle, and coffee machine in the kitchen. Enjoy a meal not only on your balcony or terrace but also in our typical Mediterranean garden in the courtyard of the Villa.
The bathroom is equipped with a hairdryer, towels, toilet paper, and hand soap.
Our Villa has 12 apartments. If you arrive by car, we provide free parking within the Villa. We offer 6 two-bedroom and 6 one-bedroom apartments. All apartments have air conditioning, including the kitchen and the bedroom. Free Wi-Fi access is available. You can choose an apartment on the ground floor with a spacious terrace, an apartment on the first floor, or the most sought-after one on the second floor. When it comes to one-bedroom apartments, you can step directly from the bedroom onto a sunny balcony and enjoy the Mediterranean air. From the two-bedroom apartments on the ground floor, you can walk out into a garden adorned in greenery, palm trees, and flowers, and relax by the pool or in the Mediterranean garden.
